Jackie brings over a decade of experience in administrative leadership, with a strong background in the healthcare industry. For the past 10 years, she has worked alongside organizations committed to reimagining and improving healthcare as we know it. With a passion for helping others thrive in their roles, stepping into the Director of Operations position at Human Connections felt like a natural next chapter and another opportunity to help disrupt the healthcare system for the better.

Jackie is deeply aligned with the inclusion-driven values at Human Connections and is proud to work with a team dedicated to making clients’ lives easier, more independent, and truly individualized.

Outside of work, Jackie is pursuing a degree in Psychology, spending time outdoors with her partner and dogs, and doing her best to maintain a social life amid the beautiful chaos of it all.
